2025 The Field of Dreams

I am excited to share the first of three dreams that the Lord gave me about 2025 toward the end of last year. I plan to keep it brief for the purpose of this writing. If you’d like a more in-depth teaching and understanding of the dream, please visit our Facebook page to catch or watch back one of our live streams from this series. This dream symbolizes an increase in blessing and favor and highlights our call in this season to go deeper, forcefully laying hold of the Kingdom (Matt 11:12).

In this dream, someone I have known since childhood, someone I would least expect, approached me for spiritual guidance and help with their bills. Although the amount requested wasn’t significant, it was all I had in my account and not even enough to cover my own bills. This person said, “If you can’t help me, I’ll find another way.” The Lord said to me, “Write the check, and I will reimburse you from church resources.” After thinking about it momentarily, I agreed and said, “Okay,” then told the person, “It’s no problem; the Lord said He’s got it.” Ministry continued.

There are many details of the dream that I will not go into here, but the Lord has shared that we are entering a season of extraordinary favor, resources, synergy, anointing, and great faith! We have a remarkable opportunity to impact the world around us. Only as we deepen in our relationship with the Lord and each other—our church community—will we begin to see the power of Heaven have a significant transformational influence on those outside of the Church.

The Lord reminded me of two scriptures where Jesus was in His hometown. In Luke 4, He amazed the people with His self-declaration in the prophetic reading of Isaiah 61. Soon, their astonishment would fade as they doubted His identity. They did so because they had known Him all of His life and counted Him as common. Again, in Mark 6, Jesus was amazed that He could do no great work because of their unbelief. He stated that a prophet is without honor in his own country. How many times have people refused to hear us because of our past or their familiarity with us?

This dream signifies that God is granting increased favor and anointing for us to minister boldly and effectively to those outside the body of Christ. Even to those who know us well and may underestimate the power of God within us. Those who might think, “That’s just old Jason; he doesn’t have anything special to offer.” Yet, God is providing us favor with them as well as the power to back it up!

When the Lord said, “Write the check,” it emphasized the importance of responding with a “yes” in faith. Our willingness to say yes is crucial, as it opens the door for Heaven’s invasion through our lives, just like it did when Mary said, “Be it unto me according to Your word,” and the rest, as they say, is history. It’s how the Kingdom comes.

The reimbursement from church resources speaks of God’s provision and power through the synergy of the Church. We must operate in the power of the Spirit, maintaining unity through the bond of peace and preferring one another above ourselves. The Word says in Deuteronomy 32 that if one can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand to flight.

In this season, a significant theme of unity and cooperation in love runs throughout His plan. The togetherness of the Church, the Body of Christ, has the combined effect of the power of Kingdom influence with Jesus Himself as the head of the body. In the next two dreams, we will see this truth at a deeper level. We must invest relationally in Kingdom Community in this season and beyond; it’s just part of going deeper.

I genuinely sense a significant shift in the atmosphere—a new season of favor has arrived! It is available to all who dare to believe and pursue it. Get up and get out there! Be bold and seize the opportunities before they die on the vine! Don’t wait for tomorrow; today is the day!
